Dom is a Partner at Bell Lawyers

Since his admission as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2008, Dom has developed comprehensive expertise in family law, handling a wide range of matters such as property division, parenting arrangements, child relocations, child support, spouse maintenance and de facto property issues.

Before focusing exclusively on family law, Dom gained valuable experience in commercial law. This included advising a Government Department, representing business clients in transactional and litigation matters, as well as managing extensive estate planning and estate litigation. Drawing on this diverse background, Dom has established strong community connections and is known for providing clear, practical advice that is tailored to clients’ individual circumstances.

He has extensive experience appearing in interim, interlocutory and final hearings across the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia. While a determined litigator, Dom prioritises helping clients resolve disputes in the most constructive way possible, aiming to minimise the emotional distress, delays and costs often associated with court proceedings.
